What we collect

When you send an enquiry through the form on this site, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, your email address, and — if you provide them — your phone number, your dates, the number of guests and anything you write in the message field.

If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email instead, we receive whatever you send through those channels. This site does not run advertising trackers and does not profile visitors.

Why we collect it

Only to respond to your enquiry about staying at Clanwilliam Dam Breathtaking House, and to arrange a booking if you decide to make one. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing you did not ask for.

Who sees it

Your enquiry reaches the property owner, Sonja, and no one else. The form is delivered by a third-party form-delivery service, which passes the message on to her — it is not used for any other purpose.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to deal with your request, and for no longer than is reasonably necessary for record-keeping. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do any of those, email sonja@isales.co.za.

Click tracking on this site

This site counts anonymous taps on its call and WhatsApp buttons so the owner can tell whether the website is useful. That count records which page the tap happened on and which button was used — it does not identify you, and no personal information is attached to it.
